Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Lumen Lantern Property Management Partners is a Jackson property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in vendor invoices and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on resident events. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
