Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Stonegate Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Kansas City focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in service installations and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on outage reports. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
