Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Summit Bright Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Investigate trends in production lots and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
