Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Summit Quarry Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Oklahoma City focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in network equipment and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
