Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Raleigh, NC)

Redstone Forge Care Services Partners supports families and individuals in Raleigh with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in care plans and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
