Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Portland, OR)

Redstone Quill Facilities looks after properties across the Portland region. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in customer sites and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
