Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Pittsburgh, PA)

Highbridge Rook Community Partners runs community programmes across Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in donor records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on food distribution. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
