Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Philadelphia, PA)

Nova Timber Community Partners is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 171 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in benefits enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer shifts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
