Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Philadelphia, PA)

Silverline Fox Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in classroom supplies and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on meal programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
