Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Philadelphia, PA)

Highbridge Kestrel Staffing is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in retention and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on temp assignments. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
