Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Philadelphia, PA)

Highbridge Corner Insurance is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in policy renewals and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on premium billing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
