Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Orlando, FL)

Foxglove Birch Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Orlando region. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in seasonal crews and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on grower contracts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
