Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Orlando, FL)

Bright Kestrel Housing is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in maintenance stores and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on waiting lists. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
