Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Orlando, FL)

Redstone Corner Construction is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Investigate trends in materials orders and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
