Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Orlando, FL)

Fernwood River Staffing is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in candidate screening and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on client orders. • Python or R for analysis.
