Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Willow Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Oklahoma City area, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in vendor invoices and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on maintenance requests. • Python or R for analysis.
