Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Amberfield Juniper Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 259 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in licensing and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
