Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Northwind Rook Financial serves customers across Oklahoma City with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on loan applications. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
