Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Meadow Property Management and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in lease renewals and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on rent collection. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
