Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Northwind Harbor Civic Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 746 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in budget submissions and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
