Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Nashville, TN)

Bright Drift Farms is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
