Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Minneapolis, MN)

Redstone Field Medical is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in regulatory submissions and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on training materials. • Python or R for analysis.
