Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Pine Medical and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Investigate trends in production lots and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
