Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Milwaukee, WI)

Greenridge Kestrel Community Partners is a Milwaukee charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in client intake and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on benefits enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
