Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Miami, FL)

Nova Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Miami. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Miami. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in customer tickets and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
