Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Memphis, TN)

Summit North Auto Group is a Memphis company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Investigate trends in warranty claims and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer estimates. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
