Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Memphis, TN)

Lumen Fox Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Memphis, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in licensing records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
