Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Silverline Cross Environmental Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on service complaints. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
