Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Memphis, TN)

Northwind Fox Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in licensing records and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
