Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Memphis, TN)

Bluepeak Pike Learning Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in student accounts and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
