Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Louisville, KY)

Rivermark Junction Property Management looks after rental homes across the Louisville area. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in vendor invoices and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
