Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Ridge Pharma and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in quality documentation and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
