Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Silverline Cobalt Property Management and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 900 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in resident events and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on maintenance requests. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
