Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Knoxville, TN)

Westbrook Quarry Banking Services is a regional lender in Knoxville with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in branch operations and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
