Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Kansas City, MO)

Stonegate Amber Construction is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on project schedules.
