Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Amber Construction and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in safety records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on project schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
