Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Drift Legal Group is a Kansas City practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in intake forms and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
