Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Kansas City, MO)

Westbrook Willow Property Management manages apartment communities around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in vendor invoices and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
