Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Bridge Freight and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in loads and lanes and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on claims. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
