Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Jackson, MS)

Greenridge Rowan Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Jackson area, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in group events and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on housekeeping schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
