Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Jackson, MS)

Redstone Iron Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Jackson region. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in permits and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on change orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
