Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Nova Union Hospitality and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Investigate trends in food costs and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on group events. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
