Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Granite Housing and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 198 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in repair requests and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on lease compliance. • Python or R for analysis.
