Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Fort Worth, TX)

Highbridge Umber Health Group is a healthcare provider in Fort Worth with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on electronic records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
