Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Fort Worth, TX)

Ironwood Lantern Auto Group is a Fort Worth company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in vehicle inspections and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
