Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Fort Worth, TX)

Ironwood Corner Financial serves customers across Fort Worth with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in loan applications and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on vendor spend. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
