Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Detroit, MI)

Greenridge Juniper Legal Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Investigate trends in court deadlines and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
