Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Denver, CO)

Bluepeak Ember Staffing is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Investigate trends in candidate screening and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on timekeeping. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
