Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Columbus, OH)

Redstone Wren Civic Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in budget submissions and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
