Senior Data Analyst - forecasting (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Silverline Wren Energy and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Investigate trends in meter readings and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on outage response. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
